When can I expect my delivery?
NON FROZEN (Ambient)
If you are only ordering ambient products we will deliver the next working day, if we have received payment before 12pm. Ambient only orders are sent via DPD and you will receive an email/text on the morning of your delivery with a 1 hour timeslot.
FROZEN
If you are ordering frozen products or a mixture of frozen and ambient products your delivery day depends on our delivery schedule.
What are the delivery costs?
NON-FROZEN (Ambient)
If you are only ordering ambient products the cost of delivery is £5.75+VAT for your first box and £1.50+VAT for every box thereafter.
FROZEN
If you are ordering frozen products or a mix of frozen and ambient products we offer free delivery on 15 or more boxes.
For every box short of 15 there is a minimal £3 delivery charge.
Please note: We do offer a 6 box pricelist where free delivery is available on orders of 6 or more boxes. At the moment we don’t offer online orders for this pricelist – only via email or phone. If this is of interest, please get in touch.
How will my order be delivered?
NON-FROZEN (Ambient)
If you are only ordering ambient products your order will be delivered by courier DPD.
FROZEN
If you are ordering frozen products or a mix of frozen and ambient products, we will deliver these on our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles.
Occasionally if your order includes both frozen and ambient products we may split your delivery between our own vehicles and DPD.
Do you deliver nationwide?
NON-FROZEN (Ambient)
If you are only ordering ambient products we deliver nationwide on a next day service with DPD
Please note: there is an additional charge for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland
FROZEN
We try our hardest to offer nationwide delivery for our frozen products however there are some areas of the country that we cannot reach on our refrigerated vehicles. In this case we will refer you to one of our Food Service Partners.

How do I make a smoothie?
It couldn’t be simpler – empty the sachet into a blender, add juice and blend! Check out our handy “how to guide“
What is the cost of a smoothie & What should I charge?
Depending on the flavour and your pricelist you can expect to pay between 65p and 87p per sachet.
As a finished product – so including juice, a cup, lid and straw you can expect to pay between £1 and £1.20
The RRP for our smoothies is £3.45 so there are large profit margins to be enjoyed for minimal preparation and effort
How do you smoothies come?
Our smoothies are supplied in 150g sachets with 15 or 30 Sachets in one shipping box. Our 3 organic smoothies and 5 top selling smoothies are supplied in boxes of 15 sachets.
What are your best selling smoothies?

How do I promote the smoothies?

How do I make One Shot Ice Cream
One Shot Ice Cream is a premium dessert that is served from a dispenser. Simply choose a flavour, pop the capsule into the dispenser and push the button.
What is the cost of a One Shot Ice Cream and what should I charge?
After the initial cost of the dispenser – currently from £995 plus VAT (which includes 216 free portions) you can expect to pay between 88p and £1.01 per capsule. As a finished product – so including cone or tub and spoon you can expect to pay between £1.05 and £1.20

How does your One Shot Ice Cream come?
Our One Shot Ice Cream is supplied in 160ml capsules with 18 capsules in an shipping box. We currently offer 4 ice cream flavours, 3 frozen yogurt flavours and 1 vegan sorbet.
What is the difference between the dispensers?
We offer two dispensers, the OS7 and the OS8. The OS8 is the latest model and requires no self assembly – just plug in and play – it also includes a self-cleaning piston head.

Is the blender noisy when blending?
The blade could be blunt or the drive socket could be damaged. Check out our TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE for details on all potential issues and solutions.
Are the jugs dishwasher safe?
No. Unfortunately the ProBlend jugs are not dishwasher safe.
What is the difference between recyclable and biodegradable cups?
Our recyclable range of cups are made from PET plastic which can be recycled anywhere offering plastic recycling
Our biodegradable range of cups are made from PLA plastic which is engineered to break down more quickly.
